Browse NowWe encourage our guests to schedule their appointments in advance to ensure your preferred treatment or therapist is available. Same day bookings are always welcome, based on availability. All reservations must be secured with a major credit card, telephone number and email. We do not accept cash.
Arrival and Etiquette
We invite you to take advantage of facilities during spa operating hours on the day of your spa service — including Men's and Women's lounges, steam room, dry sauna, whirlpool (swimsuit is required and separated by gender), co-ed relaxation lounge and spa retail boutique. We recommend arriving 30 minutes before your first scheduled appointment. We want to familiarize you with the facilities and allow you to relax before your experiences begin. Please note all treatments end on time, regardless of the start time. Please leave jewelry and other valuables in your room safe. Complimentary parking is available behind The Spa at the very south end of the Hyatt Regency Maui Resort.
Environment
Spa access is for individuals 18 years and older. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the spa facilities or book spa services. For your peace and privacy, cell phones and other electronic devices are not permitted.
Services are available for those 16 or 17 years of age with a parent or guardian-signed waiver, and the parent or guardian must be present at check-in or check-out. Guests under 18 are required to wear bathing suits or undergarments during their service, must book an appointment with a therapist of the same gender, and parent or guardian will be in the same room (couple's massage).
For salon services, there are no age restrictions, but guests under 18 years of age require a parent waiver and parents to be present with them getting service. Chemical color treatments are not allowed on minors.
Health matters
Please inform us of any health conditions at the time of booking (e.g. high blood pressure, heart condition, allergies, pregnancy) so we can better customize your experience. Before you arrive to The Spa, please complete your waiver form that will inform us of any health conditions or concerns so we can better assist your needs. Massages are suitable for expectant mothers in their second and third trimester only.
Attire
You will receive a robe and sandals to wear between treatments, and a locker for your personal belongings. Our therapists are highly trained in draping procedures to ensure your complete privacy. Undergarments may be worn during treatments according to your comfort.
Gift certificates
Give the gift of priceless serenity and relaxation to someone you care about. Spa gift cards are perfect for any occasion and may be purchased online or by calling The Spa at 808.500.5429. The Spa does not honor Marilyn Monroe or Spa Soleil and Boutique gift cards as a valid form of payment. However, we are happy to offer a discount on any future booked services for customers with a valid Marilyn Monroe or Spa Soleil and Boutique gift card that can be cross-referenced. To avail the discounted offer, kindly present your gift card at the time of appointment. Please let us know that you have a Marilyn Monroe or Spa Soleil and Boutique gift card when you book your appointment. Gift certificates cannot be used with other discounts.
Service charge
For your convenience a 22% service charge will be added to all treatments. Should you wish to increase or reduce this amount based on your service satisfaction, please
notify a front desk attendant upon check-out.
Cancellations
We reserve your appointment time and therapist just for you. Advance notice of 24 hours is required for all appointments. Cancellations made within 24 hours are subject
to a 50% cancelation fee based on "service price." "No-Shows" and cancellations made within six hours of appointment time will be subject to a full cancellation fee for
100% of the service price. Please note that by providing your credit card to reserve, you agree with all cancellation policies.
